The Perfect Warm-Up

Dr. Stephen Hunt, sports medicine specialist, recently worked with local coaches to teach them the best cutting-edge warm-up process for athletes. The event took place on February 21st and was hosted by Ridge Youth Sports Inc. Dr. Hunt, along with Vince Gabriele of Gabriele Fitness, took participants through the 10- to 15-minute warm-up process, for male and female athletes, that improves coordination, speed, flexibility, agility, and strength.
