Dr. Frank Capecci has been my orthopedist for many years. Several years ago, I slipped on the stairs and landed very hard on my bottom. When I got up, every time I moved my head, it caused great pain. I got myself to my car and drove to his Denville office, which was quite close to my home (he has relocated since then), holding my head with one hand so it wouldn’t move when I accelerated or decelerated, since movement hurt a lot! When I got to the office, I told the front desk what had happened. They asked me to sit in the waiting room, but it wasn’t more than five minutes before they came out and had me go straight to the X-ray room. They took X-rays and then Dr Capecci had me come into his office and assured me that it was ok, just whiplash, nothing more serious. I used a cushioned neck brace and it was fine within a couple of days…but I’ll never forget how quickly he responded to what could’ve been more serious. He’s a wonderful and caring doctor, and no matter how far his office is, he’s the only one I’d ever go to for my orthopedic needs.
