Tiffany C. Ezepue, M.D.

Tiffany C. Ezepue is a board-certified physical medicine and rehabilitation physician with fellowship training in pain medicine. As an interventional physiatrist, Dr. Ezepue specializes in nonoperative musculoskeletal care, acute and chronic pain management, and advanced interventional spine procedures.

Dr. Ezepue’s expertise includes fluoroscopic guided spine interventions, epidural steroid injections, medial branch blocks, sacroiliac joint injections, radiofrequency ablation, spinal cord stimulation and peripheral nerve stimulation. She also performs ultrasound-guided diagnostic and interventional procedures as well as electromyography and nerve conduction studies.

A New Jersey native, Dr. Ezepue earned her Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology and health from Rutgers–New Brunswick before earning her Doctor of Medicine degree from New Jersey Medical School in Newark. She completed a general surgery internship at New Jersey Medical School followed by her physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at Burke Rehabilitation* in White Plains, New York. She then completed a fellowship in pain medicine at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York.

Throughout her training, Dr. Ezepue has contributed to research and presentations focused on pain management and neuromodulation. Her work has explored disparities in neuromodulation as well as the management of postoperative pain in older adults.

Dr. Ezepue takes a collaborative approach to care, working alongside her patients to develop treatment plans centered on their individual goals and quality of life. She finds it especially rewarding to help patients return to the activities that make their lives fulfilling, whether that means playing with their children, walking on the beach, or getting back to gardening.
