After hip pain in late 2025 from golfing, I was evaluated by Dr. Lombardi who advised a hip replacement due to a bone-on-bone arthritis condition in my right hip. Pre-Op evaluation cleared me for surgery. Dr. Lombardi performed the surgery at Morristown Hospital on 6/9 of this year. Post-Op exercises sent by app assisted me in healing and flexibility. Operation and up in the same day. I was driving in 2 weeks without difficulty. I now walk, golf, bowl, exercise with no hip pain. I did have right leg swelling due to the trauma of the surgery. It is almost back to normal and its delay may be due to a lower leg vein circulation deficiency in my legs. I am almost 100% after 3 1/2 months of recovery. Kudos to Dr. Lombardi and his staff for an excellent outcome.
