Michael I. Goldberger, M.D., Provides Free Foot Care and Winter Shoes for the Homeless at Annual Event

Dr. Michael Goldberger of the Foot & Ankle Center at Tri-County Orthopedics will provide free foot health examinations and routine foot care as well as new winter shoes to the area’s homeless in collaboration with his team and the Isaiah House on Sunday, Nov. 24, beginning at 1 p.m. This is the third year the event will take place at the Isaiah House, located at 238 N. Munn Ave. in East Orange, and the thirteenth year of the event being hosted locally.

From treating callouses and trimming toenails to providing new, comfortable shoes, this annual event serves to give those in need better foot health throughout the whole winter season. This year will be Dr. Goldberger’s ninth consecutive year providing this volunteer medical care to kick off the season of giving.

“Each year, my staff and I are honored to have the privilege to offer this event and serve our community,” Dr. Goldberger says. “I am proud to continue this partnership with the Isaiah House and thankful we can continue this tradition of providing a much-needed service.”
